Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Call Auditor cum Sales Trainer who can improve our in-house sales team’s calling performance, enhance customer engagement, and boost sales conversions through effective training and daily call audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and audit daily sales calls with distributors
• Provide regular feedback and candidate performance summary to team members
• Train sales executives on call handling, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Develop scripts and calling strategies to improve conversion rates
• Conduct mock calls and role-play sessions
• Identify gaps and suggest actionable improvements
• Track individual and team performance metrics
• Share daily audit report and performance updates in the reporting group
Requirements:
• Experience in telesales training or call auditing
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology
• Ability to analyze calls and provide constructive feedback
• Result-oriented and performance-driven approach
