Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Trainer at PolicyBoss.com, located in Mumbai. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the sales team's performance. Key duties include conducting sales training sessions, mentoring and coaching sales representatives, developing training materials, and monitoring staff performance to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the Sales Trainer will collaborate with management to align training objectives with the company’s sales goals, ensuring consistent excellence in customer service and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in delivering Sales Trainings and experience in Training & Development roles
- Excellent Presentation Skills and ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on fostering client satisfaction
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams to achieve sales targets and enhance skill development
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to create structured training programs
