Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Trainer to join our team in India. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs to enhance team performance, overseeing training and development initiatives, improving communication techniques among sales representatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service practices. Your work will directly contribute to building a high-performing sales team capable of achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Presentation, Communication, and Public Speaking
- Experience in conducting Sales Trainings and implementing effective training methodologies
- Expertise in Training & Development with the ability to assess and address skill gaps
- Proficient in Customer Service techniques to ensure superior client engagement and satisfaction
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit diverse learning styles
- Proven track record of improving sales performance through training
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the automotive or electric vehicles industry is an advantage
