Hiring: Training Manager – Sales Training | Pharma MNC
Location: Mumbai (Head Office)
CTC: Upto ₹16 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days/Week
Travel: 5–8 days/month
Reporting To: Business Unit Head
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver induction, product, and sales skills training to the sales team.
* Design and execute training modules to enhance sales effectiveness.
* Conduct classroom and field coaching sessions.
* Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to identify capability gaps.
* Develop training content, presentations, and assessment tools.
* Support new product launches through effective training initiatives.
Eligibility
* Science Graduate (B.Sc./B.Pharm./Life Sciences or equivalent).
* MBA preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Training.
* Hands-on experience in training pharmaceutical/healthcare sales teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Willingness to travel 7-10 days per month.
