Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Trainer at Mankind Pharma Ltd. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team. Core responsibilities include conducting training sessions, creating training material, coaching team members on sales techniques, evaluating effectiveness, and improving training strategies. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with leadership to address developmental needs and strengthen the team's ability to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and Sales Training methodologies
- Experience in Training & Development with a strong focus on designing and executing effective training programs
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for facilitating workshops and coaching session
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to analyze and measure training outcomes
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to address training needs
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in pharmacy with Masters in Pharmacy or MBA
