Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Mumbai/Pune. The Sales Trainer will develop and deliver engaging sales training programs, both classroom-based and hands-on, tailored to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Responsibilities include designing training modules, assessing training effectiveness, mentoring sales associates, and providing ongoing support to ensure peak performance. The role plays a crucial part in aligning training objectives with the company’s sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Deliver sales training programs for teams engaged in luxury automotive sales and customization solutions
- Train teams on consultative selling, vehicle customization pitching, and premium product storytelling
- Build capabilities in understanding customer preferences, lifestyle mapping, and personalization selling
- Coach teams on handling HNI & UHNI automotive clients, negotiation, and high-ticket closures
- Conduct product and material training (interiors, upholstery, finishes, detailing, etc.)
- Drive customer experience excellence aligned with luxury automotive standards
- Execute on-ground coaching, role-plays, and performance improvement interventions
- Develop training modules, SOPs, and sales playbooks specific to automotive luxury sales
