Sales Trainer (Construction / Real Estate)

About the RoleLevenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to enhance the capabilities of our sales team in the construction and real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that drive sales performance and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement structured sales training programs
- Conduct onboarding and continuous training sessions for sales teams
- Mentor, coach, and support team members to achieve targets
- Identify skill gaps and develop improvement plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and sales techniques
Eligibility Criteria- 3–5 years of experience in sales training or a related role
- Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
- Sales Managers with strong team training/coaching experience can also apply
- Candidates with marketing teaching experience are also welcome
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
