Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer role based in Chennai. The Sales Trainer will design, implement, and conduct sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales teams. The role involves creating training materials, delivering workshops, improving sales strategies, and providing ongoing support and feedback to drive success. Additionally, the Sales Trainer will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and expertise in delivering impactful Sales Trainings
- Proficient in Training & Development with a focus on improving team performance
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate participants
- Understanding of Customer Service principles and their application in sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales training or a related role
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt training accordingly
