Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training & Enablement
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve structured sales training programs for new hires, franchise partners and connission sales team.
- Conduct regular webinars and live virtual training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and market positioning.
- Monitor sales team performance metrics and identify training gaps to address through targeted programs.
On-Stage & Live Presentation

- Adapt presentation style and content to suit diverse audiences, including field sales, inside sales, and channel partners.
- Facilitate workshops, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions to foster an interactive and collaborative learning culture.
Training Material Development
- Create comprehensive, high-quality training materials including playbooks, guides, scripts, workbooks, quick-reference cards, and eLearning modules.
- Develop standardized sales frameworks (e.g., discovery call structures, objection handling guides, closing techniques) tailored to digital asset management solutions

Requirements:
- Prior experience in or exposure to the Digital Asset Management, MarTech, or Content Management industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional public speaking and on-stage presentation skills — you are comfortable commanding a room and holding attention.
- Experience creating video-based training content or running recorded webinar programs.
- Solid understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva) and LMS/eLearning platforms (e.g., Articulate, Lessonly, Seismic).
Nice to Have
- Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC) or instructional design.
