Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs to enhance the sales team's performance. The role encompasses preparing and conducting sales presentations, providing training on sales strategies, and refining customer service techniques. Other responsibilities include mentoring team members and implementing professional development initiatives to drive overall growth and success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver impactful and engaging content to diverse audiences
- Experience in conducting Sales Trainings and a strong understanding of Training & Development best practices
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to enhance team capabilities and client interactions
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members with a focus on performance improvement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in creating training materials and program schedules
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the dermatology or healthcare sector is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
