Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Trainer to join our team on-site in Noida. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs. Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, improving sales techniques, mentoring sales teams, monitoring progress, and enhancing customer service skills. The Sales Trainer will work closely with team members to identify areas for growth and implement strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver engaging and effective sales training programs
- Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development to drive skill improvement
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey concepts and strategies
- Customer Service experience to enrich the client experience and guide teams on best practices
- Ability to analyze team performance and adapt training techniques as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or luxury property sales is an advantage
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales goals
