Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating training sessions for the dealership's sales team. Key responsibilities include developing training programs, delivering presentations on sales techniques and product knowledge, coaching team members to improve performance, and ensuring alignment of sales practices with BMW's standards. Additionally, the role involves monitoring training outcomes and providing ongoing feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Presentation, Training & Development, and Sales Trainings.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities.
- Proven track record of facilitating effective training programs and improving team sales proficiency.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and experience in luxury car sales or related fields is advantageous.
- Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
