We’re Hiring: Sales Trainers | Bhanzu (B2C)

What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end Sales Training (CRT + OJT)
Build high-performing sales teams that deliver numbers
Handle large team volumes and drive performance at scale
Work closely with business to improve conversions & productivity
Who You Are
3–5 years in Sales L&D (B2C EdTech only)
Have trained teams that actually performed, not just attended sessions
Strong bias for execution over theory
Comfortable in high-pressure, target-driven environments
Flexible for day/night shifts
