Join our Automobile Dealership Group
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Trainer to join our team and drive sales capability development across our automobile dealership operations.
Location: Pune
Position: Sales Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct product, sales process, and customer handling training for Sales Consultants and Sales Managers.
• Develop and deliver induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Conduct regular training sessions, role plays, assessments, and skill development programs.
• Identify skill gaps through performance analysis and recommend appropriate training interventions.
• Train teams on product knowledge, competitor comparison, sales process, negotiation, objection handling, and customer experience.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and prepare training reports.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and Management to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct refresher training and support continuous improvement of the sales team.
Candidate Profile:
• 3–8 years of experience in automobile sales training or a similar sales training role.
• Experience in automobile dealerships, OEMs, or the automotive industry will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the automobile sales process and customer journey.
• Ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
• Strong command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
