👨🏻💻Position - Sales Trainer
📍Location - Remote
💰Package - Upto 6-7 LPA.
🏢Experience - 4+years Sales training & Onboarding.
🕰️Working Days - 6 days (Monday-Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Delivery:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
Performance Assessment:
- Monitor sales team performance to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Content Development:
- Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, role-play exercises, and e-learning modules.
Coaching & Mentoring:
- Provide hands-on coaching to sales representatives on sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
Reporting:
- Maintain records of training programs, participant progress, and performance improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, IT, Edtech, FMCG, retail, etc.].
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g. Certified Sales Trainer).
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in a sales-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in developing e-learning content and using training software.
