Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join AAFT Online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs for the sales team, ensuring improved performance, process adherence, and higher conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sales training modules for new hires and existing team members
- Develop structured onboarding programs for the sales team
- Conduct regular product training, process training, and refresher sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Ensure the team is well-versed with CRM tools, sales funnels, and reporting mechanisms
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve individual and team performance
- Work closely with stakeholders to align training with business goals
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer / Sales Coach
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and pipeline management
- Experience in designing training content, modules, and learning frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements
- Experience in EdTech or Online Education industry is mandatory.
