Sales Trainer

About the Role
Emo Matrix is seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Trainer to build, train, and elevate the performance of our admissions and sales teams. This role requires a professional who can drive conversions, improve team efficiency, and implement structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end sales training programs for freshers and experienced team members
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and live call audits
- Identify performance gaps and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Develop sales scripts, objection handling frameworks, and closing techniques
- Improve conversion rates, RTP quality, and overall sales funnel efficiency
- Work closely with managers to track KPIs and team performance
- Create and maintain training content, SOPs, and playbooks
- Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and high performance
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales training / sales coaching
- Strong expertise in B2C sales, admissions, or ed-tech sales
- Proven track record of improving team conversions and performance
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments
- Experience in building structured sales processes and training systems
