🌟 We're Hiring: Sales Trainer – Retail (Jewellery / Luxury) | Mumbai
📍 Location: Andheri East – MIDC, Mumbai

We are hirring for a premium jewellery brand looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Trainer to elevate the performance of our retail teams across stores.
If you have a strong background in luxury or jewellery retail training and love building high-performing sales teams — this role is for you!

🎯 What You'll Do
▸ Design and deliver training programs on customer engagement, sales conversion, upselling, and closing techniques
▸ Coach teams on providing a personalized luxury buying experience
▸ Conduct induction, onboarding, and refresher sessions for store staff
▸ Train teams on our jewellery collections — gold, diamond, bridal, occasion wear & fine jewellery
▸ Build team confidence on product knowledge, craftsmanship, certifications & customer FAQs
▸ Reinforce luxury service standards, grooming, communication etiquette & brand storytelling
▸ Conduct regular store visits to evaluate training effectiveness and coach store managers
▸ Drive improvements in key KPIs: conversion rates, average ticket size, repeat purchases & data capture
▸ Develop training calendars, SOP guides, role-play activities & assessment formats
▸ Track training progress and share regular reports with management

✅ What We're Looking For
▸ 7+ years of experience in Sales Training / Retail Training
▸ Prior experience in Jewellery or Luxury Retail (strongly preferred)
▸ Strong understanding of premium retail operations and customer handling
▸ Excellent communication, presentation & coaching skills
▸ Hands-on sales experience (mandatory)
▸ Comfortable with multi-location store visits and coordination
▸ Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
▸ Confident, customer-centric personality with strong interpersonal skills
