Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer, based in Bengaluru. The Edtech Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and improving sales training programs tailored to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Daily tasks include conducting engaging training sessions, assessing team needs, creating tailored training content, and providing constructive feedback to team members to maximize sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
- Experience in Sales Training and Training & Development to enhance team performance
- Customer Service expertise to ensure the sales team understands how to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales targets
- Background in education technology or sales-related industries is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field
