Role Description
This is an internship role for a Sales Trainee or Intern, based on-site in Bengaluru & will be on paid basis. The role involves achieving assigned sales targets and driving revenue growth in the region, lead generation, creating client presentations, and assisting in customer engagement activities. Additional responsibilities include providing support during training sessions and understanding client requirements to suggest suitable Laerdal solutions. The candidate will gain practical experience in customer service, sales processes, and solution-based client interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients effectively
- Knowledge or interest in Sales and Sales Management processes
- Ability to support and assist in Training activities
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare solutions environment
- Educational background in business, engineering, healthcare, or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and presentation software is preferred
