Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Trainee to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering practical exposure to sales operations, customer interaction, lead handling, and sales coordination in a fast-paced work environment.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to start and grow their career in sales and financial services.
Qualifications
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 3–6 months of sales experience will be an added advantage
• Candidates with a background or exposure in Gold Loan Sales will be preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in sales and customer handling activities
• Follow up with prospective clients and leads
• Maintain client records and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process flow
