Role Description
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for a full-time Sales Trainee position, based on-site in Patna. As a Sales Trainee, you will assist in executing sales strategies, interact with customers to understand their needs, and promote the firm's solutions. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, providing customer support, participating in sales training programs, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional support
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management techniques to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to participate in Training programs and apply learnings effectively
- Basic understanding of digital tools and eagerness to adapt to new technologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
