Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainee based in Dubrajpur. The Sales Trainee will assist in sales strategy execution, build relationships with new clients, manage existing client accounts, and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential sales opportunities, promoting financial products, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and achieving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Sales and negotiation skills to identify leads and close deals efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills with a focus on market research and business insights
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications including MS Office Suite
- Previous experience or internship in sales, finance, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset
