Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Trainee who is interested in building a career in IT product
and services sales. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, coordinate
with clients, and support the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Support the sales team in client communication and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and share details with the technical/sales team.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain client database and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Learn about IT infrastructure products and services offered by the company.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interest in IT products and technology
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of IT hardware, networking, or infrastructure solutions
Internship or training in sales / marketing
