Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Team Lead – Quality Control who will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and consistency of our sales processes. This role focuses on monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular audits of sales interactions including calls, emails, demos, and chat communications
- Evaluate performance against predefined quality benchmarks, scripts, and compliance standards
- Deliver structured, actionable feedback to sales team members and leadership
- Identify gaps in communication, product knowledge, and process adherence, and recommend improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs, CRM protocols, and reporting standards
- Monitor sales workflows, documentation accuracy, and approval processes
- Maintain and update quality scorecards, audit logs, and performance trackers
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly quality reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with HR and Training teams to identify skill gaps and support capability-building initiatives
- Assist in designing quality frameworks, scripts, and evaluation checklists
- Conduct refresher sessions to reinforce quality standards and best practices
- Track post-training performance improvements and effectiveness
- Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and escalations to identify trends
- Ensure timely resolution and improved customer experience
- Support performance reviews with data-driven quality insights
- Identify high performers and areas needing improvement within the team
Candidate Profile- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback
- High level of confidence and ownership in managing responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
- Self-driven with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Exposure to international markets is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10–15 years of experience in Sales Quality, Sales Operations, or Auditing roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality
