Job PurposeHe/She will be responsible for sales coordination with the sales and tender department and will support various functions related to sales operations.
Responsibilities- Identify and select suitable tenders related to cable supply and installation from portals like GeM, e-procurement platforms, and other tender portals.
- Prepare complete tender documents as per specifications and company requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and design teams for cable specifications, GTP, and pricing.
- Prepare cost sheets and commercial quotations for power cables, control cables, and accessories.
- Handle complete bidding process and ensure timely submission on e-tendering portals.
- Manage online tender submissions through GeM and other government/private platforms.
- Draft official correspondence including clarification letters, compliance statements, and client communication.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal departments for tender requirements.
- Process and review Purchase Orders (PO) from clients.
- Issue manufacturing instructions to production teams as per PO specifications.
- Monitor manufacturing progress and production status regularly.
- Schedule and prepare inspection calls with third-party inspectors or client representatives.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, test certificates, and delivery challans.
- Prepare final documentation for invoice submission and payment processing.
- Follow up with clients for payments and documentation approvals.
- Manage EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and Bank Guarantee records.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project teams for execution when required.

EducationGraduate in any discipline
Experience- Relevant Experience: 7 years
- Total Experience: 5–7 years
Compensation & Work Details- CTC per annum: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA
- Will Travel: As per requirement
