Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales & Telecalling Support professional. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, providing information about products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team with lead generation. Additional responsibilities include follow-ups with potential clients, entry and maintenance of customer records, and coordinating with the sales team to help meet performance targets.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Sales support, telecalling, and lead generation experience.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining customer databases and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries effectively and promptly.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other tools for reporting and data entry purposes.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added benefit for improved customer engagement.
