Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in the Mohali district. The Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Pro Ultimate’s gym services, membership plans, and promotions, and will handle inbound inquiries related to memberships, offers, and facility information. The role involves maintaining call logs, updating customer records in the system, and following up with leads to drive membership conversions and renewals. The Telecaller will provide clear and courteous information, address basic questions or concerns, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when required. Daily responsibilities also include meeting assigned call and conversion targets, sharing feedback from customers with management, and contributing to a positive, member-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle objections and respond politely under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call-logging software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with daily and monthly targets, and follow structured calling scripts where required.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or front-desk roles (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail) is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any stream is an added benefit.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district with flexible shifts, including weekends or peak business hours as needed.
