Sales Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products or services, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to persuade customers, and a strong interest in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate responses.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing or customer support when required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
• Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Telecalling / Telemarketing / Inside Sales preferred.
