Sales Team Leader & Trainer – Inside Sales (Liver Care Division)
Job description:
We're building a brand-new inside-sales floor for Meadbery's Liver Care Division — and we're looking for the person who will lead it from day one.
This isn't a "manage an existing team" role. You'll be trained directly by the founder on the product, the customer, and the economics. You'll prove the numbers yourself first. Then you'll hire your own team, build the training playbook, run the floor, and own the target. It's a founding role with a clear path into a division-head track as the floor scales.
What you'll own
- Building and running the new-joiner training academy — scripts, objection handling, mock calls, coaching
- Hiring and developing your own team of inside-sales executives
- Daily lead allocation, target setting, and floor performance
- Call quality and QA — coaching agents on real calls, not just monitoring them
- The metrics that matter: conversion, AOV, prepaid %, RTO, and reorder rate
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years in tele/inside sales, with experience both carrying an individual target and leading or training a team
- Background in nutraceutical, healthcare, insurance, or edtech telesales is a strong plus
- Fluent Hindi and natural Hinglish; clear English for reporting
- A genuine coach — someone who can explain why a pitch works and teach it, not just close
- Comfortable with CRM/dialer tools and a metrics-driven floor
- Sells honestly. This is a health product — no false or exaggerated claims, ever.
