Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Team Leader with real estate experience. The Sales Team Leader will oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales professionals, set and achieve sales targets, and ensure overall team performance. The individual will also build and maintain strong client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Regular monitoring and mentoring of the sales team, coupled with analyzing performance metrics, will form a significant part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Team Management and leadership skills to inspire and guide a sales team effectively
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and implementing actionable plans
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and meet sales targets within strict deadlines
- Experience with CRM tools and a solid understanding of the real estate market trends is an advantage
