Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Sales Team Leader. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to achieve targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. Key tasks include mentoring team members, analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in sales, 2 year in Team leading and edtech
- Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to supervise and motivate the sales team effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs
- Proven Sales and Analytical skills to achieve targets and analyze market trends
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in sales leadership roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
