Role Overview
As a Sales Team Leader, you will lead a team of field executives, drive daily sales targets, and play a key role in expanding our F2F campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to step into leadership and grow into senior management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & manage a team of F2F sales executives
* Drive daily/weekly/monthly team targets
* Conduct morning briefings & field training
* Recruit & onboard new team members
* Monitor performance and provide coaching
* Ensure brand representation & customer engagement
* Report daily sales performance
Requirements
✔️ 0–4 years experience in Direct / Field / F2F Sales
✔️ Team handling or mentoring experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔️ Target driven & self-motivated personality
✔️ Ability to work in the field with the team
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
