Job Description
Role Summary
Own and drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, QA, and Development to ensure app performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Dev & QA for app quality, updates, and issue resolution
- Align Marketing for lead generation and campaign effectiveness
- Support Sales for lead follow-ups, conversions, and revenue targets
- Drive recruitment and onboarding of service providers and staff
- Monitor vendor performance, ratings, and service standards
- Handle customer escalations and improve repeat engagement
- Implement AI/automation for better productivity and reporting
- Create SOPs, track KPIs, and submit weekly performance reports
