Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Dadri. The Sales Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, set performance goals, and evaluate team performance. Key responsibilities include guiding team members to achieve individual and overall sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, resolving customer inquiries, and implementing sales strategies. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service. The Sales Team Leader will lead by example, motivate the team, and foster a results-oriented culture.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive sales performance
- Proficient understanding of sales strategy development and implementation
- Experience in customer relationship management and resolving client inquiries effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics to monitor performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a sales leadership role; experience in the contact center industry is a plus
