Lead from the front, drive performance, and convert opportunities into success.
Manage a team of 10-12 Inside Sales Executives
Handle inbound leads via CRM
Counsel students for UG/PG programs
Drive walk-ins, follow-ups & closures
Monitor daily performance (200+ calls, 2.5 hours talk-time, conversions)

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EdTech experience (must)
UG/PG domestic sales experience (must)
Team handling experience (10β12 members)
