Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager for our LED Bulb manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for handling and guiding a team of 4–6 Sales Executives, developing sales strategies, increasing market presence, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of 4–6 Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Travel for market visits and client meetings when required.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of LED lighting products and electronics industry preferred.
- Ability to handle sales planning and market expansion.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM handling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- BE / MBA candidates preferred.
- Electronics industry background will be an added advantage.
- Experience in LED lights, electrical products, or FMCG channel sales preferred.
- Candidate should have the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
