Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Sales Team Leader. The Sales Team Leader will manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets, foster client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading team meetings, monitoring sales performance, implementing strategic plans, and maintaining collaboration with stakeholders. Additional day-to-day tasks include identifying market trends, driving customer engagement, and handling escalations to achieve business objectives efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and goal-oriented performance tracking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales plans
- Experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in handling customer queries and escalations professionally and empathetically
- Proactive attitude with a focus on results and a commitment to excellence
