Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Handle client inquiries, site visits, and deal closures
• Train, motivate, and monitor sales executives
• Develop sales strategies and improve team performance
• Maintain strong follow-up with leads and prospects
• Coordinate with management for project updates and sales planning
• Ensure excellent customer relationship management
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and team performance reports
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales
• Prior experience in team handling / leadership role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of property market, client handling & closing techniques

• Ability to manage site visits and conversion process efficiently
