Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Team Lead/Sales Executive specializing in the real estate sector. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales initiatives, developing and leading a high-performing sales team, and enhancing customer experiences. Key responsibilities include identifying prospective buyers, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. - Sales skills including deal negotiation, client acquisition, and meeting performance targets
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Team management experience and proven leadership abilities
