Must Have: Direct B2B sales exp in domestic market of 15+ years, IT Infra sales exp, Hardware sales Exp, Strong Hunting and farming exp, Strong client connect of IT/ITES - clients, team handling exp.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader for our IT/ITES division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales initiatives to enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the IT/ITES industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to work from the office
