Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Team Lead in the Edtech sector, specifically focusing on the Degree Vertical. The individual in this position will oversee daily sales operations, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Core responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, maintaining client relationships, executing sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves analyzing sales trends, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders.
