Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead at our Gurgaon location. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and improve team performance. Daily responsibilities include monitoring sales activities, providing coaching and training to team members, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service to optimize sales outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills with a commitment to understanding client needs.
- Proficient in Team Management and capable of effectively leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills to foster collaboration and improve decision-making.
- Experience in mentorship and guiding teams to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented approach.
