Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Team Lead at Skillofy_AI. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving customer acquisition strategies. The role will also involve coaching and mentoring team members, analyzing sales performance metrics, and implementing effective strategies to optimize productivity and outcomes. Additionally, the Sales Team Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to align offerings with market needs and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Team Management, including motivating, guiding, and evaluating team members
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage both internal teams and external clients
- Expertise in Sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Customer Service orientation with the ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with edtech or technology sectors is a plus
