🌎 About the Team This team drives outbound sales development for the North American (NorAM) market — generating pipeline through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing for some of the world's leading tech brands. 📌 What You'll Do
- Lead a high-performing SDR/outbound team targeting the North American market
- Drive SLA delivery across key metrics — call volumes, email outreach, and pipeline generation
- Oversee prospecting strategies using Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
- Monitor cold calling and cold emailing activity, ensuring quality and consistency
- Coach and develop team members on outbound sales techniques and tools
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and real-time floor coaching
- Manage escalations swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to client deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, providing performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Build strong client relationships, proactively addressing concerns and aligning team output with client expectations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align team goals with broader business objectives
- Identify training needs and create upskilling pathways for future leaders
✅ What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development / Outbound / BPO Operations
- 3+ years in a Team Lead role managing outbound sales or SDR teams
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of cold calling, cold emailing, and B2B prospecting for North American markets
- Excellent performance management, stakeholder management, and client management skills
- Comfortable presenting performance data, insights, and action plans to clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a night shift, target-driven environment
