JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing.
Set clear expectations, ask for day projections, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Distributing data among the team including old prospects and churn data.
Conducting regular pitch analyses for the team and furnishing them with constructive feedback.
Making follow-up calls to team prospects, based on the client's requirements it can be Head office call, Sikhsha call, Closure call, etc.
Continuously assess market trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to inform product enhancements.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Support the growth and career development of team members through mentoring.
