Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Lead with experience in the Online EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing a team and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–6 sales executives
- Drive team performance to achieve revenue and enrollment targets
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Maintain strong pipeline management and reporting
Key Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in Online EdTech)
- Prior experience handling a team of 4–6 members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-oriented with a proven track record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
