Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Indore, for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee, guide, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include strategizing sales efforts, mentoring the team, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless client communication. Additional tasks may involve identifying new sales opportunities and fostering relationships with clients to support the achievement of business goals.
🔹Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Academic Counselors / Sales Executives
🔹 Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team
🔹 Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback & coaching
🔹 Conduct training sessions to improve conversion, communication, and product knowledge
🔹 Ensure high-quality student counseling and excellent customer experience
🔹 Handle escalations and support team members in closing critical deals
🔹 Track KPIs, prepare reports, and share performance insights with management
🔹 Collaborate with HR & management for hiring and team expansion
🔹 Maintain team motivation, engagement, and discipline
