Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead based in Mumbai. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the daily activities of the sales team, set and monitor performance goals, and provide feedback to ensure targets are achieved. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, fostering customer relationships, and coaching team members to excel in customer service and sales conversions. The role entails close collaboration with the founding team at Futwork and Client success department to align objectives and drive overall business success.

Earning Potential -> Fix + Variable - 25k per month fixed + upto 40K variable
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Sales skills, with experience leading CAC driven sales processes, and motivating a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members (Hindi is Mandatory)
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Proactive enough to take new intiatives and share findings with the team
- Proficiency with CRM software and related sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
