Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and guide a high-performing sales team to drive revenue generation and achieve targets. Responsibilities include setting goals, monitoring performance, resolving customer inquiries, and implementing sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Team Lead will analyze sales data, provide team mentorship, and ensure exceptional customer service standards.

- Strong Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing sales metrics and devising strategies for improvement.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
